7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Paddle: Payment processing (separate data controller)
• DataForSEO: SEO and AI-engine visibility data provider. Receives the keywords you choose to check.
• Zoho Mail: delivery of service emails (sign-up, notifications and reports)
• Umami (wemetrik.com): our own visit analytics, hosted on our infrastructure. It records page views with no cookies and no personal tracking.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot check on the public audit form and on sign-up. It processes technical visitor data (IP and browser environment) under legitimate interest to prevent abuse; it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com): serves the typefaces of some public pages and of the application. It downloads font files; no tracking cookies.

8. Artificial intelligence

MinimalRank uses artificial intelligence. This is exactly what is processed and where:

• Our own model, on our own servers: the Aina assistant, the weekly council, the WordPress plugin’s title and meta description generation and audit analysis are processed with a language model we run on our own infrastructure. Your website content and project data are NOT sent to any third-party cloud, nor used to train models.
• Page content sent by the plugin to generate SEO is processed in memory and not stored.
• Exception, AI visibility: to know whether an AI engine mentions you, we have to ask it. When you run a check, the keyword you choose is sent to DataForSEO and, through them, to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google. The query is sent — not your personal data or your website content.
• Generated titles and meta descriptions are shown to you for review and approval before publishing. The editorial decision is yours.
• Aina is an artificial intelligence system and identifies itself as such when the conversation starts.
